Aquastop – Queens

Aquastop in Queens is the substantial end of the range — 14mm laminate flooring in extra-long 2025×244mm boards, dressed in a warm brown timber décor that moves through russet brown and softer burnished tan. Swiss-made and rated AC5 / Class 33, it uses synchronised embossing over an HDF Aquastop core with 48 to 72 hours of water resistance, and the Välinge 5G click with a V4 micro-bevel means every long edge closes flush.

Thicker, longer boards feel noticeably more solid underfoot, which suits large open-plan living areas and hallways where a thinner floor can sound hollow. The warm brown tone reads generous rather than stark, sitting well with timber joinery, warm whites and brass. It is also available in 8mm and 12mm if the build-up height is tight. A favourite among Adelaide builders and designers.
