Aspire RCB – Chicory

Aspire RCB – Chicory dark brown hybrid flooring takes its name from the deep, roasted brown of the chicory root, and the plank delivers it — a warm dark timber visual with embossed grain that catches light the way real board does. Built on an 8mm rigid composite core with a 0.7mm wear layer, Chicory holds its shape across large open floors and resists the flex and telegraphing that thinner floating floors show. An attached acoustic IXPE underlay is bonded to the back of every plank, so the floor lays quieter and faster in one pass.

With a waterproof surface it moves confidently through kitchens, laundries, hallways and open-plan living, and the Välinge 5G click makes it a straightforward floating installation over most existing substrates. Available in 1800×178mm classic and 1800×223mm extra-wide planks with a micro-bevel, it suits contemporary and modern-rustic interiors alongside stone benchtops, pale walls and black tapware.
