Preference Classic Laminate in Merbau captures a timber that has been part of Australian homes and decks for decades — merbau laminate flooring in a warm red-brown that shifts between spiced chestnut and darker russet, with the interlocked grain that gives merbau its subtle ribbon figure. Rendered as a 12.3mm AC3 board with a 65% gloss surface, it keeps the depth of the colour without the sealing and re-coating a solid timber floor asks for.

The warmth suits living areas, hallways and bedrooms in traditional and Australian classic interiors, and it pairs handsomely with cream or stone-toned walls, rattan and brass.
