Pronto Engineered Oak – Pebble Reef (Herringbone)

Pronto Engineered Oak in Pebble Reef is a cool, washed pebble oak flooring tone — European Oak drawn back towards pale greige, the colour of river stone dried in the sun, cut into 600×120mm blocks and laid in herringbone. The restraint of the colour is what makes the pattern work: with so little contrast between boards, the double-V reads as quiet geometry rather than a statement. Light wire-brushing keeps the grain tactile and the matte PU finish keeps it low-sheen. A 3mm oak wear layer sits over a multi-ply plywood core in a 14mm board.

A pale herringbone lifts a small or south-facing room — an entry, a study, a hallway — and it is a favourite for open-plan living in minimalist and coastal homes, where it sits against white walls, pale stone, matt black tapware and bleached linen without competing.
