Elk Falls Hickory – Natural

Elk Falls Hickory in Natural is hickory engineered timber flooring left to speak for itself — no stain, no smoke, just the honest brown-and-cream range of American Appalachian Hickory with its knots, mineral streaks and abrupt tonal shifts intact under the rustic AA/B/C/D grade. The light wire-brush lifts the grain, and the matte European PU finish holds the timber’s own colour without adding gloss. A 14mm engineered board with a 2mm wear layer and 9.5kN Janka hardness, it is built to be lived on.

The 1900×189mm plank gives long, uninterrupted runs across open-plan living, kitchens and hallways, and the natural palette is one of the easiest to design around — it works with warm whites, natural linen, rattan and stone in coastal, farmhouse and warm contemporary interiors alike. Floating installation via the Unilin click system, or direct glue-down. A favourite among Adelaide builders and designers.
