De Marque Oak – Colonial Grey (Herringbone)

De Marque Oak – Colonial Grey (Herringbone) is a grey herringbone engineered timber flooring laid in 600×120mm blocks that interlock at right angles into the oldest and most enduring parquetry pattern in European interiors. Colonial Grey gives European Oak a weathered, sun-bleached cast — soft ash and pewter over visible medullary rays and small tight knots — held under a light-brushed matte European PU. Choose 15mm with a 4mm wear layer or 21mm with a 6mm wear layer; both are thick enough to be sanded and refinished in future.

The herringbone pattern brings movement and depth to living areas, entries and hallways, and its cool grey tone keeps that energy calm rather than busy. It sits naturally with white and bone joinery, honed stone, linen upholstery and matte black tapware in contemporary and European-styled homes.
