Village Oak – New Dawn

Village Oak – New Dawn engineered timber flooring is a natural oak timber flooring with the clean, early-morning clarity of oak left close to its natural colour — warm but unforced, the sort of neutral that a whole house can be built around. The light-brushed matte surface keeps the grain open underfoot and the sheen low, and ABCD grading allows the knots, medullary rays and mineral streaks of New Dawn to stay visible from board to board. A 3mm oak wear layer over a 14mm engineered build gives solid-timber depth with far better dimensional stability.

Offered in wide 1900×190mm and extra-wide 2200×220mm boards, it runs comfortably through open-plan living, hallways, bedrooms and studies, the extra-wide format bringing a quiet generosity to larger rooms. Micro-bevelled on four sides, direct-stick or floating, and suitable over in-slab hydronic heating, it suits contemporary and Scandinavian interiors alongside white joinery, pale stone and warm brass.
