Village Oak – Brown Sugar

Village Oak – Brown Sugar engineered timber flooring is exactly as warm as it sounds — a caramel brown oak flooring in European Oak with amber running underneath it, the kind of tone that makes a room feel occupied the moment the last board goes down. The light-brushed matte surface keeps the grain open and glare-free, and ABCD grading lets the knots, mineral streaks and natural colour movement of Brown Sugar come through the finish rather than sit under it. A 3mm oak wear layer over a 14mm engineered build gives real timber depth with far better dimensional stability.

Available in wide 1900×190mm and extra-wide 2200×220mm boards, it works across open-plan living, hallways, bedrooms and formal lounges, the wider format lending large rooms a settled generosity. Micro-bevelled on four sides, direct-stick or floating, and suitable over in-slab hydronic heating, it sits beautifully in classic and modern-rustic interiors beside cream walls, aged brass and deep-toned joinery.
