Description

Prestige Oak – Straw engineered timber flooring is a pale European Oak flooring with the light, sunlit warmth of dry summer grass — oak kept close to its natural colour so the timber itself carries the room. Straw is finished in a matte, UV-cured European polyurethane that holds the sheen low and the grain honest, and ABCD grading leaves the mineral streaks, medullary rays and knots exactly where nature put them. Every plank reads differently, which is precisely the point of a floor at this level.

Offered in 15mm boards with a 4mm wear layer and 21mm boards with a 6mm wear layer, it is built for open-plan living, hallways, bedrooms and formal lounges in homes intended to be lived in hard and loved for decades. The extra-wide 2200×220mm format makes large rooms feel calmer and more generous, and the pale tone works beautifully in Scandinavian and coastal interiors with white walls, linen and pale stone. Direct-stick or floating, and suitable over in-slab hydronic heating. A favourite among Adelaide builders and designers.
