De Marque Oak – Colonial Grey (Chevron)

De Marque Oak – Colonial Grey (Chevron) is a grey engineered timber flooring cut into 600×120mm chevron blocks, each end mitred so the boards meet in a continuous arrowhead down the room. Colonial Grey is a weathered, driftwood reading of European Oak — cool ash and pewter tones with the oak’s medullary rays and fine knots still visible beneath a light-brushed matte European PU. Built in 15mm (4mm wear layer) or 21mm (6mm wear layer), this is thick, genuinely re-sandable oak rather than a thin veneer.

Chevron is a floor for rooms that want architecture: formal living areas, entries and open-plan spaces where the pattern can run uninterrupted. The cool grey tone reads modern and restrained alongside white walls, pale stone and blackened steel, and equally at ease with linen and limewash.
