Pronto Engineered Oak – Golden Sands (Herringbone)

Pronto Engineered Oak in Golden Sands is oak herringbone flooring with real warmth in it — a honeyed tan European Oak, faintly sandy in the lighter boards, set in 600×120mm blocks that march away in the traditional double-V. Light wire-brushing lifts the grain so the pattern reads as texture as much as line, while the matte PU finish holds the tone soft rather than glossy. The 14mm board carries a 3mm oak wear layer over a multi-ply plywood core.

Tan oak parquetry suits a living room, dining room or entry where you want immediate warmth, and it is a natural fit for contemporary and classic-transitional interiors alike. It sits beautifully with cream walls, terracotta and clay accents, rattan and aged brass, and the golden cast keeps a south-facing room from feeling cool. Herringbone in this range is direct-fix only, bonded to a prepared substrate. A favourite among Adelaide builders and designers.
