Village Oak – Raffia
Village Oak – Raffia engineered timber flooring is a natural European Oak flooring in a straw-toned surface with a light-brushed matte finish, in wide 190mm or extra-wide 220mm boards.
Description
Village Oak – Raffia engineered timber flooring is a natural European Oak flooring with the dry, woven warmth of natural fibre — European Oak held in a pale straw tone that reads relaxed rather than pale, and warm without turning golden. The light-brushed matte surface keeps the grain open and tactile, and ABCD grading lets the knots, mineral streaks and colour movement of Raffia stay part of the story. A 3mm oak wear layer over a 14mm engineered build gives the floor genuine timber depth with the stability an Australian slab demands.
In wide 1900×190mm and extra-wide 2200×220mm boards it works easily across open-plan living, hallways, bedrooms and studies, the wider format bringing an unhurried calm to bigger rooms. Micro-bevelled on four sides, direct-stick or floating, and suitable over in-slab hydronic heating, it pairs naturally with coastal and Japandi interiors — off-white walls, rattan, pale stone and unlacquered brass. One of the ranges Adelaide renovators ask us about most.
