Village Oak – Seaspray

Village Oak – Seaspray engineered timber flooring by Preference Floors is a silvered grey oak flooring, a soft wash over genuine European Oak. The Seaspray decor keeps the oak’s open grain and medullary rays visible beneath a light-brushed matte surface, so the timber reads natural rather than tinted, while micro-bevelled edges on all four sides give every board its own quiet definition. ABCD grading lets knots, colour movement and mineral streaks through, producing a floor that looks settled from the day it is laid — in wide 190mm or extra-wide 220mm boards, with a 3mm oak wear layer over a 14mm engineered profile.

The cool grey cast suits open-plan living areas, bedrooms and hallways in coastal, Scandinavian and modern-minimal interiors, sitting easily beside white walls, pale linen and brushed-brass hardware without competing for attention. Direct-stick or floating installation keeps it flexible over concrete or timber substrates, and the boards are approved over in-slab hydronic heating.
