Description
De Marque Oak – Pure Natural is a natural engineered timber flooring in A/B/C grade European Oak, laid as herringbone in 600×120mm blocks. Pure Natural is exactly what the name promises: no stain pulling the timber warm or cool, just clear matte European PU over lightly brushed oak, so the sapwood, knots and medullary rays carry the colour themselves. Herringbone’s interlocking rectangles give the surface a soft basket-weave movement that changes with the angle of the light.
Undyed oak is the most forgiving floor there is — it sits under warm and cool palettes alike, which is why it turns up in living areas, hallways, bedrooms and open-plan interiors in Scandinavian, Japandi and modern classic homes. Specify 15mm with a 4mm wear layer or 21mm with a 6mm wear layer; parquetry is fixed with direct-fix adhesive and suits in-slab hydronic heating.
