Prestige Oak – Castle Grey
Prestige Oak – Castle Grey engineered timber flooring is a cool grey oak flooring in premium European Oak, stony and calm, with extra-wide ABCD-grade planks and a matte UV-cured European polyurethane finish.
Description
Prestige Oak – Castle Grey engineered timber flooring is a cool grey oak flooring that carries the stony tone of old European stonework across genuinely wide European Oak boards. Castle Grey is a considered, architectural tone with quiet warmth beneath it, and the matte UV-cured European polyurethane finish keeps the surface low in sheen so the timber, not the coating, does the talking. ABCD grading leaves the mineral streaks, medullary rays and knots intact, giving every plank a character that a uniform floor simply cannot reproduce.
Offered in 15mm boards with a 4mm wear layer and 21mm boards with a 6mm wear layer, this is a floor specified for the long term — open-plan living, hallways, formal lounges and bedrooms in homes built to last. The extra-wide 2200×220mm format in the 21mm build reads especially well in large contemporary and heritage interiors, paired with pale plaster, marble and blackened steel. It can be direct-stuck or floated and is suitable over in-slab hydronic heating. See it in person at our Adelaide showroom in Dry Creek.
