Pronto Engineered Oak – Parchment (Wide Plank)

Pronto Engineered Oak – Parchment (Wide Plank) engineered timber flooring by Preference Floors is the palest, most papery tone in the Pronto range. Parchment is a pale tan oak flooring with almost no yellow in it, and because the wear layer is 3mm of genuine European Oak the A/B/C hi-spec character — knots, medullary rays, gentle colour movement — still reads clearly through the light finish. A wire-brushed matte polyurethane surface adds grain texture without gloss, over a multi-ply plywood core in a 14mm total profile, supplied here as 1900×190mm wide plank.

Pale, wide boards open up a room, which makes this a natural fit for open-plan living areas, hallways and bedrooms in coastal, Scandinavian and modern-minimal interiors, beside white walls, pale stone and brushed-brass or black hardware. It can be laid floating or direct-stick over concrete or timber substrates and is approved over in-slab hydronic heating. A favourite among Adelaide builders and designers.
