Pronto Engineered Oak – Beacon Cove (Herringbone)

Pronto Engineered Oak in Beacon Cove herringbone is oak parquetry flooring in its most inviting register — a mid-golden European Oak with the grain left open, cut into 600×120mm blocks and set in the classic double-V. Turning each block against its neighbour means the light strikes the grain from two directions at once, so the floor animates as you move through the room. Light wire-brushing adds a subtle tooth to the surface and the matte PU finish keeps the sheen down. The 14mm board is built on a multi-ply plywood core with a 3mm oak wear layer.

Herringbone in a warm oak is a strong choice for an entry, a dining room or a formal living space, and it holds its own in open-plan living where the pattern can run uninterrupted. It suits contemporary and transitional interiors, working easily with white or putty walls, brushed brass, pale stone and linen.
