Village Oak – Ranchwood

Village Oak – Ranchwood engineered timber flooring is a rustic brown oak flooring with the honest, hard-worn tone of timber from a working building — European Oak taken to a deep, slightly smoky tone that hides the everyday and rewards a second look. The light-brushed matte surface keeps the grain open underfoot with no gloss to flatten it, and ABCD grading leaves the knots, splits of colour and mineral streaking of Ranchwood fully in view. A 3mm oak wear layer over a 14mm engineered build gives real timber substance with much better dimensional stability.

Offered in wide 1900×190mm and extra-wide 2200×220mm boards, it grounds open-plan living, hallways, bedrooms and formal lounges, with the extra-wide format making a large room feel deliberately composed. Micro-bevelled on four sides, direct-stick or floating, and suitable over in-slab hydronic heating, it looks its best in rustic and modern-farmhouse interiors alongside limewashed walls, aged brass, leather and stone.
