Description

Pronto Engineered Oak in Shore Break is pale oak herringbone flooring at its most relaxed — a pale, almost sun-bleached natural European Oak laid in 600×120mm blocks that lock into the classic double-V. Because the tone is so light, the pattern does the talking: each block turns the grain against its neighbour so the floor shifts subtly as you cross it, and the light wire-brushed matte PU finish keeps the texture honest under bare feet. A 3mm oak wear layer over a multi-ply plywood core gives it the substance of solid timber in a 14mm engineered board.

Parquetry this pale is a gift to a smaller room — an entry, a study, a formal sitting room — where it adds movement without adding weight, and it is equally at home running through open-plan living in a coastal or contemporary interior. Set it against white walls, pale linen and brushed nickel and the floor reads as texture rather than colour. Herringbone in this range is direct-fix only, adhered straight to a prepared substrate. See it in person at our Adelaide showroom in Dry Creek.
