Village Oak – Regent Grey
Regent Grey is a deeper, more formal grey timber flooring in engineered European Oak, light-brushed matte, in wide 190mm or extra-wide 220mm boards.
Description
Village Oak by Preference Floors in Regent Grey is grey timber flooring with a distinctly formal bearing — European Oak taken deeper than the range’s washed greys into a considered mid-to-dark tone, closer to slate than to silver, where the grain reads clearly as darker figure against the grey ground. Light brushing keeps the surface tactile, and the matte coating holds the colour dense rather than reflective. Boards run 1900×190mm wide or 2200×220mm extra-wide, 14mm total over a 3mm oak wear layer.
A deeper grey gives a room definition — it frames pale walls and light joinery the way a mount frames a print — so it works particularly well in formal living and dining rooms, and it carries confidently down a hallway or through a study. It suits contemporary and industrial-leaning interiors and pairs with white or greige walls, black steel, marble and brushed brass. Install direct-stick or floating; compatible with in-slab hydronic heating. Available to view at Belantti’s Adelaide showroom.
